Workshop Policies



Before you book, please make yourself aware of our policies. 

Late Arrivals

We understand that things happen and people run late from time to time. Classes will start promptly at their indicated start times. We have a grace period of 15 minutes. If we do not hear from you, you will forfeit your class reservation and all fees paid. 

Workshop Cancellation Policy

 Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be issued a full refund. Classes may be changed to another date for no additional charge as long as 24 hours notice is given. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a credit for 75% of the total value paid will be issued in the form of a credit. This may be used for products, shipping, future class deposits, the blending bar or online.

Corporate & Group Activation Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the Group agrees to pay Salacia Salts, the following cancellation fees:
90+ Prior Days to Event Date: 10% of Total Cost plus any incurred fees (ie printing, customization, deposits for othe vendors)

90-15 Days Prior to Event Date: 50% of Total Cost

14 Days to Event Date: 90% of Total Cost

Class Date and Time Changes
We are happy to work with you to find a more suitable class time. Please contact us by text or email orders@salaciasalts.com and we will be happy to assist you. Class changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled event.
